Artistry in Flow - Embody Every version of you

I create art that helps us remember how to relate to ourselves, our bodies, and each other.
My work is rooted in feminine sovereignty, emotional healing, and ancestral wisdom, guiding us back to belonging through boundaries, intuition, and embodied presence.

My work is rooted in the belief that how we relate to ourselves shapes how we relate to the world. Soul Harmony Art is where ancient Tamil ritual, intuitive expression, and emotional healing meet. As a woman, mother, and survivor of trauma, I learned that belonging begins inside the body through boundaries that protect, creativity that liberates, and love that does not require us to abandon ourselves.

I work with Kolam, abstract movement, portraiture, and now printmaking, reinterpreting ancestral traditions to help us remember our inherent wholeness. Each piece is a practice of returning  to presence, to breath, to the parts of us that once felt hidden or unsafe to express.

Here, art is not just something to look at  it’s something to feel.
A space to witness yourself.
To soften.
To come home.

Embody every version of you.
You belong here.

Embody Every Version of You

Feminine Sovereignty + Identity (Portraits) Series

 The courage to be seen.

Portraits that honor the multiplicity of womanhood soft, fierce, layered, evolving.
These works reclaim the body as home, the voice as truth, and expression as a form of liberation.

Sovereign Bloom: Embody every version of you

These portraits honor the quiet, radiant power of women who have returned to themselves not by avoiding pain, but by moving through it.

Embody Every Version of You is a self-portrait series born from a personal unraveling  a return to myself after years of living through roles that were expected of me. I was the daughter who stayed quiet. The wife who molded herself to be agreeable. The mother who poured endlessly until I forgot I existed. In each role, I wore masks that protected me, but also slowly dimmed my voice, my creativity, and my sense of self.

When I began painting myself, not as I appeared but as I felt, each portrait became an embodiment of a version of me I had abandoned, denied, or suppressed. I allowed myself to be the lost one, the unworthy one, the rageful one, the grieving one, the sovereign one. Painting became a ritual of remembrance  a way of sitting with each identity, feeling the pain stored in the body, and transforming it into truth and purpose.

Boundaries as Bridges

Kolam(Sacred Geometry)Series

Where belonging begins.

Inspired by Kolam — a South Indian art of pattern, rhythm, and renewal — this series explores how boundaries can protect, guide, and open us.
These forms map the emotional geometries that shape our relationships — with self, with others, with spirit.

This series draws from the Tamil ritual art of kolam — a daily practice of drawing geometric patterns at the threshold of the home.
Traditionally, kolam marks the boundary between inside and outside, self and world, offering protection, welcome, and blessing.

In this body of work, I reinterpret kolam as a map of inner belonging.

Through lines, loops, knots, and mirrored patterns, I explore how boundaries can either confine us or return us to ourselves.
When rooted in fear, boundaries become walls.
When rooted in love, they become bridges back to our essence.

These works invite the viewer to slow down, listen inwardly, and experience the sacred balance between structure and flow, separation and communion, autonomy and connection.
